Propiverine hydrochloride extended releasepellets were prepared by fluid bed coating.Spheronized citric acid crystals or microcrystallinecellulose pellets were used as starter cores. Citricacid crystals as starter cores create an acidicmicroenvironment inside the pellet formulationwhich guarantees drug dissolution.;
