摘要

Micromanipulation system performs 3D fine manipulation. The visual sensor is required to output real time stereoscopic image of micro object. Therefore we design a TV micro stereoscopic imaging system using binocular imaging technique. In this paper, the structure of the TV micro stereoscopic imaging system is presented. Now the system has been accomplished. The purpose we expect is obtained basically. However, a main drawback of the system is flickering, causing eyes strain. We make some research on this phenomenon and propose some methods to alleviate flicker.
