Research on VXIbus A24-based AWG Module

摘要

VXI (VME Extensions for Instrumentation) modular instrumentation attracts more and more attention of electronics test engineers for its high reliability, standardized, high performance measurement and building system easy at a lower price. This paper studies on VXIbus A24-based AWG Module, which can be widely used in many kinds of test systems. The principle of waveform generator is discussed. Furthermore the hardware architecture of the PXI universal counter module is introduced.
