摘要

The α -Fe/R_2Fe_(14)B type nanocrystalline magnets have been prepared by hot pressing melt spun Nd_(8.5)Dy_(0.5)Fe_(85)B_5 .The spinning speed v of 30ms~(-1).and the degree vacuum is 4×10~(-2)Pa. Then take some thin strip and making three different processes of annealing, we obtained composite permanent magnet. Size and structure of Crystal have been tested by TEM and XRD and the Properties Magnet have been tested by magnet properties test instrument. From the magnet properties test result, we obtained the magnet remanence is 0.558T, coercive is 298KA/m, and maximum energy product is 28KJ/m~(-3). From the result of XRD, we can see there exits α -Fe and Nd_2F_(14)B ,so it's composite permanent-magnet From the result of TEM, we known that the crystal size is about twenty nm.
