Design and Realization of Weapons Scientific and Research Projects Tender Assessment Expert System

摘要

In this paper we use expert system to assess weapons scientific and research projects. Expert system main structure, the design of knowledge base and the realization of inference engine are illustrated in detail. weapons scientific and research projects tender assessment expert system use the AHP model and fuzzy comprehensive assessment model to evaluate the tender, and the results show that the expert system can save time and energy in the tender assessment and give the optimization result.
