The epitome of middle city's e-government in China

摘要

E-governments of the developed countries are becoming more and more complicated, much bigger and more integrate. That happens because in various political and economic situations all-level governments of various countries are unable to make decisions based solely on one-sided and isolated information: to do so may be very complicated. As known, changes or crisis situations in the society or in the world cannot depend only on a single or a small amount of variability; they are all results of participating variability in function. The city of Quanzhou in Fujian Province of China is not only developing well in the sphere of the economy but also in that of E-government. In order to impel its economic development and attain a higher goal, this research suggests that the government of Quanzhou should unify the network platform, seek unity of standards, pool fund, share information, increase service items and build up one effective and integrated E-government system as soon as possible.
