A support system of cooperative quotation for BOT projects bids

摘要

This paper describes the architecture and uses of a web-based platform called QuotationPro as a simulation environment for cooperative quotation. The QuotationPro is designed to host the process of forming bid price in a BOT projects firm in which the users from pricing-related branches interact to form a final bid by submitting related information such as to project workload, materials prices, labour costs and so on via a web-based user interface. The QuotationPro environment is meant to be flexible so as to allow investigation of cooperative quotation mechanisms by setting different decision-making criteria. In this paper we describes its interactive, distributed and web-based character in a competitive environment.
