Towards a conceptual design of an intelligent system for an international trade centre in China

摘要

Over the past few decades, research in artificial intelligence and enterprise systems can be viewed as complementary efforts towards building highly intelligent and efficient organizational information systems for increased systems automation, better systems control and more efficient decision-making. A highly automated intelligent system in an international trade centre is a new initiative in China. The authors of the paper believe that an enterprise level information system planning should precede all detailed designs of the system. This paper presents a set of conceptual models that aim to provide some design guidelines and a structure for the target intelligent system. The final objective is to achieve a highly automatic control of all systems within the trade center and to maximize organizational decision-making capabilities with fully integrated enterprise system architecture.
