Based on APDL of ANSYS, the parameterized model of finger seal is established. Using the low hysteresisobjective, the structural optimization of finger seal working in different conditions is carried out. And the sensitivityanalysis of these structural parameters is computed also. It is found that some structural parameters influence thehysteresis of finger seal seriously.
