KEY TECHNOLOGIES AND IMPLEMENTATION OF GROUP-ORIENTEDMANAGEMENT AND CONTORL INTEGRATED SYSTEM

摘要

A reference ERP architecture based on web service is put forward for implementing an ERP project in a steelmill after analyzing the characteristics of the production and products. The implementing methods and key technologies,such as production management and control pattern、cost management and etc, are discussed. Production module andcost module, two major parts of the ERP project, are developed based on browser/server three tiers network architectureby using J2EE technology. This system contains seven subsystems, for example production plan management, materialmanagement, quality management, cost management and etc. It proves to be practical for the vary departments tointegrate and share the information.
