摘要

To prevent the “FanChi” phenomenon from happening in the middle of night, it is highlynecessary to monitor the fishery and give an alarm when it happens. Aimed at solving the questionthat the night monitor video stream has much noise in Fishery Monitoring System, this paperanalyzed the main noise sources.And a denoising method, combining Mathematics morphology andMedian filter, was designed after balancing image smoothness, clearness and time complexitythrough the experiments of common denoising algorithms. It also confirmed that the algorithm isfeasible, real-time and robust by contrasting experiment data from the experiment of Huanghua cityBreeding Corporation in HeBei province.
