摘要

Surface heat flux of quenching of P/M superalloy was studied. The coolrates during the quenching of 11 conditions were tested. With the equipment designed by ourselves, we could test the coolrates at temperature higher than normal equipment can reach. According to the method, Sequential Function Specification, introduced by J.V.Beck, We calculated and simulated the relationship between surface temperature and heat flux in the quenching process with software. In water and oil, the result shows that heat flux is single function of surface temperature to the certain specimen material, surface state, quenching medium and its flow character. But when salt is used, the heat flux is related to quenching temperature, and heat exchange ability is decrease with the temperature of quenching in salt.
