In this paper the flat degree of diamond circular saw blade and its vibration in cutting are expatiated. To avoid vibration of diamond circular saw blade in cutting, the best method of pre-stressing regulating is circular tensioning on the blade. Pre-stressing from tensioning is investigated. The result shows that by circular tensioning on diamond circular saw blade the inner section is under compression and the outer section is in tension with regard to the tangential stresses. The overall aim is to increase blade cutting stability, blade life, and cutting quality and performance.
