PURPOSE:To extend the service life of a circular saw in about five times-13 times in the cutting of a ceramics made tile by forming the film of a diamond and/or diamond like carbon on at least one face of a base material. CONSTITUTION:A film of a diamond and/or diamond like carbon is formed on at least one face of a base material to obtain the desired circular saw.
