摘要

A liquid precursor formulation that can be easily dispersed in water to produce submicron sized particles with cubic infrastructure was prepared. Insulin was easily encapsulated in the cubic particles just by mixing with the lipid components in the precursor formulation with the encapsulation efficiency, 70-90%. Strong hypoglycemic effect was observed in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats after oral administration of insulin-loaded cubic particles.
