摘要

A novel mucoadhesive polymer film consisting of Carbopol, poloxamer, and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) was prepared for transmucosal drug delivery (TMD) systems. Carbopol, poloxamer and HPMC was selected for adhesion, flexibility and mechanical strength of the polymer film, respectively. The interaction among Carbopol, poloxamer and HPMC was checked by FT-IR and dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer (DMTA). Also, adhesive force of the polymer film was measured.
