摘要

The release behavior of papaverine from poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL) microparticles with different crystalline microstructures was investigated in the phosphate buffer solution. The results suggest that the microstructure of PCL microparticles such as size and crystalline morphology plays an important role in the drug release behavior.
