In the sheet-space structure system, as a rule, the sheets and the frame are joined together by welding or special nails, so the spaces or gaps are probably exist in the joints. As a result, the common mechanic model for the FEM analysis will no longer be ideal, assuming that the elements in joints are perfectly working in harmony. What are the actual working conditions in the joints between the frame and the sheets is the purpose of the presented investigation, which is termed here as "an interactive problem". The slippage and the region of the contact surfaces in joints are quite small; it is reasonable to describe it as the point contact problem. The algorithm of Augmented Lagrange Multiplier is used in the presented article to solve the interactive problem, it can well reflect the closing and opening processes of the gaps between the sheets and the frame, and can simulate the interactive problem exactly. Finally, comparing the results of the presented method of calculation with those obtained by the experiments, some important and valuable conclusions are made.
