A FIIA (Flow injection Immunoassay) system coupled with an amperometric sensor has been developed in this work. This system exhibited a wide linear range (0,01 mg/mL-10mg/mL) for Rabbit IgG immunoglobulins, a detection limit of 60 μg/mL and high reproducibility (RSD ranging from 2-5% and 10% for Intra and Interday precision, respectively). The immunoassays coupled with electrochemical devices are key steps in the development of instrumentation for in situ measurement because they can be miniaturized and are easy to use.
