WORKER GROUP INVOLVEMENT AND THE PROVISION OF WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES

摘要

This exploratory study examines the role of worker group involvement and contextual variables in the provision of workforce development activities. Results from hierarchical regressions provide support for the role of worker involvement as an important predictor of both the types and recipients of workforce development activities. Findings also show that business contextual factors strongly predict the provision of workforce development activities.
