The method involves receiving vehicle servicing orders by planning server (DS), and creating order plans based on received servicing orders and number of workers (M1-M4). The order plans (AP1-AP4) are assigned and communicated to workers from server via handheld communication terminals (H1-H4). The acceptance/deny of order plans by workers is reported to server. The vehicles (KFZ) are reserved and serviced by acceptance workers, and the vehicle serviced reports are reported to server. The status of order plans are set as complete/incomplete based on reports. An independent claim is included for system for scheduling motor vehicle's servicing action to workers.
