Controlling Risk in Operations

摘要

Risk is intrinsic to business in a market economy. A coherent treatment of risk in Operations has not yet been undertaken. We begin this task with a categorization of tactics for responding to risk and minimizing its effects on Operations. Illustrative actions in each category are presented, as is set of basic procedures for developing tactical alternatives.
