摘要

Rolling textures and recrystallization textures were determined for high purity aluminium anode foils with different RE contents by means of X-ray diffraction and orientation distribution functions (ODFs). Microstructures were analysed by TEM. The results showed that the orientation densities of S-, Cu- and Bs-components in as-cold-rolled samples is relative to the rare earth contents, whereas the recrystallized textures was determined not only by the RE contents but also by the annealing. An addtion of trace RE to high-purity aluminum can bring about a considerable increment of the recrystallization cube texture. The rare earth can combine with Fe and Si to form the compounds, and the Fe concentration in the matrix becomes low. So the cube texture can develop strongly.
