摘要

A telephone survey of a randomly selected sample of adult Web shoppers in a large metropolitan area was conducted. The purpose of which was to investigate the factors that may affect customers' satisfactions with their online shopping experiences and their intentions to shop online in the future. The results support the idea that customers' perceptions towards user-friendliness of websites, customer service online, and possible risk involved in online transaction influence both variables.
