The INTERLABS state-of-the-art Internet-based Instructional tool of the third generation and 19 pilot innovative online modules of Web-based courses have been designed, developed, and tested at the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems and NSF-Bradley Center on Web-Based Education at Bradley University, Peoria, U.S.A.
