This paper is an approach to the new operation mode ----- the weather avoidance (WX AVOID) mode. Following are the conceptual ideals concerning the vertical information acquisition of weather(WX) targets, the manner of azimuth scanning while vertical scanning, and weather data filtering, and indication scheme for quasi-three-dimension weather information.
