Tutorial on Performance Management of Oracle using Oracle Enterprise Manager

This is a basic or entry-level tutorial for installing and using Oracle Enterprise Manager for Oracle Performance Management. The reader is referred to a number of CMG papers which have been written addressing, in detail, different aspects of Oracle performance analysis. Goals of this presentation: At the end of this tutorial you should be able to: 1. Install Oracle Enterprise Manager 2. Monitor Target Oracle Instances in your production environment 3. Generate basic performance reports using OEM components.
