In this study, continuous casting technology of peritectic steel grade has been developed. The composition that makes the primary crystal cuspidine and the maximum amount of crystal was decided. The maximum casting speed is 5m/min for 90mm thick peritectic slab. This cast slab has excellent surface quality.
