Anti-HRV IgY, anti-PA IgY and anti-Hp IgY are specific IgY. They are idiotype of immuno-globulin and have same processing property. The lyophilization curve was obtained in this experiment. It needed nineteen hours to finish the whole freeze-drying. The residual moisture of the specific IgY was 3.5% and the immunological activity of the specific IgY was kept intact after freeze-drying. The result showed that the immunological activity of the specific IgY was kept intact when they stored at 4°C and 25°C during six months.
