Reserch on the implementation method of manufacturing system for concurrent engineering

摘要

Concurrent engineering is a system method for integrated and concurrent design of a product and its related process, and a new type mode of organization and management in an enterprise. Its goal is to improve product quality, reduce product cost and manufacture time. Implementation of concurrent engineering in product manufacture needs to do some changes to traditional manufacturing system in people organization, work procedure, product model, work environment, and so on. The implementation method for concurrent engineering in product manufacture is presented in the paper.
