A highperformance cold asphalt mix

A high-performance cold mix has been developed using specially formulated mixing liquid. It can be used as patching material to repair potholes in asphalt pavements and spalls in concrete pavements. The mixing luquid formulated for the cold mix has special properties that allows it to be used cold yet having high instant strength, unlike the normal penetration grade bitumen in the hot asphalt mix or other liquid bitumen in the conventional cold mix. The product is easy to apply, possess high instant bearing capacity which allow it be opened to traffic immediately after compaction, lasts as long as the original pavement life and is more friendly to the environment.
