Producing a cold mix asphalt building material for road construction, using a coarse-grained cavity-rich cold asphalt mixture, which comprises a mineral grain, a bitumen binder for enveloping wetting of the mineral grains in an aqueous emulsion, a filler for the cavities, which is a mortar binding agent and fine-grained washed sand as a solid base materials, where mixing the base materials of the filler materials with the cold asphalt mixture without the addition of water, the aqueous emulsion of asphalt cold mix, where the water is withdrawn through the mortar binder. Independent claims are also included for (1) building material for asphalt cold mix for road surfacing, where the asphalt building materials has no addition of water and has a free flowing consistency; and (2) method for producing, preferably for repair of road surface using the asphalt building material comprising preparing asphalt building material, preferably directly at the place of incorporation, introducing cold asphalt building material, and compacting of asphalt building material incorporated for connecting to the mineral grain by the bitumen binder.
