摘要

Special kinds of line boudnary elements are developed for an efficient computation of electric field in the vicinity of power lines and towers. These elements appear to be well adapted to discretize conductors whose section is small compared to their length and to the dimensions of the global studeid structure. Moreover, they can be naturally used in the general boundary element method for more complex structures with various materials and geometries.
