Study of management of the movement of energy of a photovoltaic power station connected to the network

In Tunisia, thus renewable energies profited for a long time (well before the energy crisis of 1973) from a detailed attention. The evolution of technology and particularly that relating to new materials with semiconductors has supported for two decades the photovoltaic one. A total strategy was then adopted and supported on the one hand search through the various incentives legal, morals and material and on the hard the control of technology by the exploitation of various opportunities offered within the framework of the co-operation that it is bilateral or multilateral. It is within this framework that the operation of the Photovoltaic Power station of Hammam Biadha (PVPHB) was initiated. After a few year of exploitation of PVPHB according to a operating mode of fonctionnement beforehand definite, and following evolution of situation socio-economic, some problems appeared what have push the decision maker to study some alternative can face this evaluation and contribute with attack of objective assign. In this paper, we first of all present the analysis of the situation of exploitation and we expose thereafter alternatives of development based on the interconnection with the distribution network.
