By reason of environment contamination, greenhouse and climate warming up effects caused by traditional power technologies, the solution of a problem of power production growth is more often connected with the use of renewable power resources. Among renewable power sources the ocean waves is a very promising power carrier since they manifest the highest specific power. A method of the regional wave energy resources evaluation is presented. An environment compatible power-industrial system based on sea waves energy conversion is examined. The system consists of an offshore Float Wave Electric Power Station (FWEPS) as a device for sea waves energy conversion, energy accumulator and energy consumers. One of the most acceptable types of energy accumulator from a viewpoint of their use together with powerful FEWPS is a system with accumulation and storage of sea water electrolysis products. Evaluation of the sea water electrolysis for hydrogen production as the ecologically safe fuel is offered. Real performances of the systems' elements outlined allow to consider such a system rather perspective.
