We have developed 3-dimensional, non-isothemal and non-Newtonian flow simulation code for high-routing TSEs using the finite element method. We have simulated the effect of rotational speeds and and rotational speeds ant different from the effect by screw geometry. In order to control the viscous heat generation, we examined the effect of geometrical parameters, such as tip clearance and newly designed geometry.
