New paradigms for sustainable society and industries: technology conversn from one way to circulation

In January 1998, the Vostok project tema, under the collaboration between Americal, Russian and French scientists, discovered and mined an underground ice core of 3,6323m deep in the East Antaritica~(1)). As a results of the study on this ice core, the climate conditions of the earth for the past four hundred and twenty thousand years came out clearly, as if it were recorded on a magnetic tape, as shown in Figure 1. It can be seen that the data on concentration of CO_2, CH_4 and temperature aomg other for this period signal a warning for future activities of the entire humankind of the earth.~(1)).
