摘要

In this paper, we propose a unified approach for the multicriteria design of diffractive optics. A multicriteria version of the Direct Binary Search (DBS) that allows the user to tune the commpromise between diffraction efficiency and Signal to Noise Ratio already exists. This technique proves extremently powerful but also ery time consuming. We extend this multicriteria approach to IFTA, which permits to dramatically reduce the computation times, especially for multilevel domains.
