Biotechnology of Hydrogen Production: Review, Problems and Advice

About alternatives to the current fossil energy sources, basic and applied research leadd to biological production of molecular hydrogen using both photosynthetic microorganisms and fermentative microorganisms. While some major researches in the field are introduced, a few key problems and the possible solution are developed in this article. On the way to convert the hydrogen biotechnology into industry use, pilot research is a key. Because the result of pilot-scale experiment has been rarely reported by now, our investigation may be an inspiring piece of news.
