Nd_(1+x)Ba_(2-x)Cu_3O_(6+#delta#) solid solution powders with different substituion ratios and oxygen contents were prepared by sintering to investigate the tetragonal-orthorhombic phase transition and Tc property of Nd_(1+x)Ba_(2-x)Cu_3O_(6+#delta#) solid solution. Lattice constants and oxygen contents of this solid solution were measured and the temperature substitution ratio oxygen content phase diagram of Nd_(1+x)Ba_(2-x)Cu_3O_(6+#delta) solid solution in air was constructed. Further, the effects of the composition of this ternary solid solution on Tc property were clarified. As a result, Tc property was sensitive to oxygen content and substitution ratio, and tetragonal Nd_(1+x)Ba_(2-x)Cu_3O_(6+#delta#) solid solution of all the region of composition exhibited no-superconductivity.
