摘要

Unlike Y-Ba-Cu-O, the Nd-Ba-Cu-O systemforms a Nd_(1+X)Ba_(2-X)Cu_3O_(7-#delta#) solution(Nd123ss). Recently, it was found that Nd123ss with x <0 canbe stabilized at high temperatures under a low oxygen partialpressure, P(O_2). In the present study, we the x confirmed thepresence of a Ba-rich Nd123ss single phase through theinvestigation of the x dependence of lattice parameters and theP(O_2) dependence of the peritectic decompositiontemperatures in Nd123ss samples with various x values.
