Macroscopic distribution of electric field and electric charge arising from Hall effects in superconducting strip lines is investigated. Vortex motion with Hall effects brings about both a longitudinal electric field E_y (along the strips) and a transverse electric field E_x (across the strips). We analytically determine the electric-field distribution using a scaling law E_x x E_y~m with an exponent 1<=m<2, and then derive a distribution of sheet charge q(x) using a nonlocal relationship between E_x(x) and Q(x). The macroscopic charge arises from polarization of moving vortices.
