The current -voltage characteristics have been measured in three sintered Gd-123 samples with different critical current density J_c. The experimental results have been analyzed by the Weibull distribution function of J_c. A poor temperature dependence of the shape parameter, m, has been found in three samples in high current density (HCD) region, while the m of #Gd-H or #Gd-Ag1 increases with increasing temperature in low current density (LCD) region. We conclude that the poor temperature dependence of the m comes from the weak links at the grain boundary.
