Microwave cure as a key method has been used in the healing process. Due to the accurate control of microwave power in favor of the therapy result, the accurate control of microwave power is obviously important to the Microwave Cure Instrument. In this paper we will introduce one scheme of Intelligent control of microwave power, which is being used in our designed Microwave Cure Instrument. In order to fulfill the real time closed-loop control of microwave power, the Control system, based on the Micro-chip controller, throughchecking the difference of the microwave power of the Instrument's output and the desired microwave power, adjusts the trigger position of control pulse which controls the angle of flow of the silicon control rectifier (SCR). The accuracy of control is within 0. 1 Watt, it satisfies the medical requirement.
