Analytical study on non-linear seismic response behavior of seismic isolator and bridge column system

摘要

Analytical study on seismic behavior of seismic isolator and RC bridge column system,where are principal non-linear response was expected at both the isolators and the columns,was conducted.parametric studies using 2 DOF systme was carried out to study the seismic response characteristics of seismic isolator and RC bridge column systme comparing to that of the equivalent 1 DOF system.Based on these parametric studies, the characteristics of the non-linear 2 DOF system response using equal energy principle was develped and its accuracy was verified.
