IMPLEMENTING THE LASTING CONCEPT OF LEARNING ORGANIZATION

Enterprises ar developing towards learning systems whose adaptive capabilities have to be increased for the joint and participative development of organization and technology. As an example the John Deere Works Mannheim have started to implement the lasting concept of a Learning Organization. Strategy and first results of the project are described in this report.
