Particle modelling of ionization and three-body recombination in a x-ray laser medium

摘要

A particle model is proposed for simulation of ionization and three-body recombination in optical field ionized (OFI) plasmas of Li~(3+). The use of the model together with the Coulomb collision simulation method makes it possible to examine the change in the electron energy distribution function during the relaxation of nonequilibrium systems.
