摘要

Effects of reduced or increased load on bone remodeling have been extensively studied using a variety of animal models. However, although bones offen experience change in load from a high level to a normal level, bone remodeling during this process has received little attention. The objective of this study is to know the effects of activity change from running to sedentary state on the mechanical properties and morphology of bone.
