摘要

This paper deals with the design of a controller for a class of nonlinear systems. The design is based on an algorithm which provides a similarity matrix allowing the system to be transformed into a desired canonical form. It is shown that such similarity matrix coincides with well-known results related to the transformation of a linear controllable system into the Brunowski or Jordan controllable canonical form. The result is applied to a synchronous generator model.
