摘要

Following the discovery of additional gas fields offshore Sarawak, a joint venture project was formed by PETRONAS for the development of a third LNG export plant in Bintulu, Malysia, i.e. the Malaysia LNG Tiga (MLNG Tiga) Project. The MLNG Tiga plant will be owned by a new company whose shareholders are PETRONAS, the Sarawak State Government, Shell Gas BV, Occidental Petroleum and Nippon Oil. SIOP will act as Technical Advisor to the project.
